20km Mostly Jeep Track, about 4km single Track, 2 Steep but short hills, 1 Short Steep Descent with Rocks of About 20m, Around a Lake, Rest of the Track is fairly Easy. 

40km Mostly Jeep Track, about 10km single Track, 3 Steep but short hills, 1 Short Steep Descent with Rocks of About 20m, Around a Lake, A Few Technical areas, Rest of the Track is fairly Easy.

No i-phones or Walkman's allowed.
No dogs.
Athletes for 10km must be 14 years or older on the day of the race.
Races presented according to the rules of the MRR and ASA.
All athletes will participate at their own risk.
Registered athletes must wear full club colors and 2016 license numbers.
Entry at gated not part of entry fees for race.
